AVONDALE, AZ – Arizona authorities have issued a Turquoise Alert for a 21-year-old woman who disappeared after failing to show up for work this week, police said Tuesday.
Isabella Comas was last seen Sunday at approximately 3 p.m. near 111th Avenue and Van Buren Street in Avondale. When she did not appear for work Tuesday morning and failed to call in, a friend reported her missing the following day.
Police located Comas’s phone but have been unable to find her, prompting the issuance of the alert Tuesday night.
Comas is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 110 pounds. She has pink hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pants with a white stripe, a baggy navy-blue shirt, and possibly sandals.
Authorities believe she may be driving a red 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Arizona license plate 2EA6LW.
The Turquoise Alert, also known as “Emily’s Law,” is designed to help locate missing Indigenous persons and other endangered individuals under age 65. The alert system was created to address the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous people.
Anyone with information about Comas’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Avondale Police Department at 623-333-7000. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances of her disappearance or whether foul play is suspected.

Maybe she went back to her country.
